Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered work, excluding any third-party components or pre-existing materials. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
Revision policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Change requests during development may affect project timelines and costs.
We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.
We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement, except as required by law or with your written consent.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
